OUTREACH RECEPTIONS

As part of our ongoing effort to connect, create, and celebrate a thriving arts and culture scene in the Upper Peninsula, the Alliance hosts public receptions in locations all over the UP, coinciding with our quarterly board meetings. Receptions take place in the afternoon/evening and are typically in venues of interest to the cultural landscape of the location, such as theaters, galleries, performance venues, historical sites, breweries, libraries, and chambers of commerce.

Receptions are open to the public and are a great opportunity for locals to network with each other, meet Alliance members, and explore relationships outside of their sectors, exploring collaboration, community action, prosperity, and sharing of ideas.

We invite you to follow our reception calendar and attend one of our outreach events in your area. And if you enjoy hosting events and creating opportunities in your community, we welcome the chance to work with you to host an outreach event.
